Samarth Patel embarked on his real estate investment career at the age of 22 with the acquisition of his first single-family property. Since then, he has strategically diversified his portfolio, engaging in both active and passive investments across multiple asset classes. Over the years, Samarth has dedicated significant time to deepening his industry expertise and cultivating a robust network of seasoned professionals, enabling him to assemble a high-performing team of real estate specialists and secure access to exceptional deal flow.

Samarth holds an MBA with coursework in Finance, Management and Real Estate, as well as a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Connecticut. By leveraging his rigorous academic background, strategic relationship-building skills, and a keen ability to identify sound investment opportunities, Samarth is committed to preserving and growing investor capital while delivering sustainable wealth-building opportunities. Samarth also holds a Connecticut Real Estates Salesperson license and is associated with Oxford Realty, based in Hartford.

From humble beginnings, he has built multiple well accomplished businesses across development, construction, acquisitions and management. His expertise spans across many asset classes from residential properties, hotels, commercial and retail spaces, to franchise restaurants and physical therapy centers. As the owner of Shria Management, Jignesh expanded from managing a single property to overseeing multiple properties across Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico.
